Who
Can List?
This
property listing is for Margarita Island vacation rental property owners
and sole property managers ONLY! Travel agents, vacation specialists, booking
agents or any other agents/managers who compete/share in the advertising of the
property to be listed are prohibited from listing the property. We have several
listing guidelines.
1.
Your property must be for rent for at least a continuous 60 days per year. No
exceptions!!
2.
An email address is accepted
3. Each listing is for one property, ads for multiple homes or your company are
not allowed.
4.
No duplicate listings, do not list your home twice!
5.
Your listing must reflect accurate information about the property.
We
have several registration guidelines.
1.
Do not register twice; we track by IP address, even if it is for someone else.
2. Multiple registrations
will result in the deletion of all listings in all accounts.
3.
Registering for someone else is strictly prohibited.
4.
Your registration must reflect accurate information about the registrant.
5.
You must reply to any and all inquires by email within a reasonable amount of
time.
