Rentals
and Vacancy Management
What
is a vacation rental?
A vacation rental is a house, cottage,
apartment, condominium or penthouse
that the owner would like to rent
for a short term. Normally a vacation
rental property is located near
a beach, popular shopping center,
historical attraction, hotels area,
an airport, a park or a location
of natural beauty. A typical rental
agreement is from as little as 4
days or up to 6 months, sometimes
a year.
What
is vacancy management service?
If you choose not to occupy your
property full time and would like
physical checks done monthly or
bi-weekly let us take care of it
for you. We also will make sure
that all utility bills are paid
in full with a complete record of
each transaction. We also will supervise
any sub-contract work that you may

What
should your vacation rental property
have? Usually potential renters
are concerned about security first.
Is your property a gated community?
Is there a full time or evening
watchman at the entrance and exit?
Are there security cameras on the
grounds? Does your property have
an alarm system or locks on doors
and windows? Does your property
have a garage or protected parking
area? How many cars may be parked?
Does the property or community have
a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball
court, child's park, gym or other
community areas? How many people
may comfortably stay at your property?
How many beds does it have? Does
it have a sleeper sofa? Are there
a washer and drier on the property
or a laundromat on the grounds or
near your community? Does it have
sufficient dishes, flatware, drinking
glasses and cookware? Does the property
have sheets, blankets, pillows,
towels, washcloths and kitchen dish
towels? Does your property have
a microwave, toaster or a television
set? Does the property have a cable
service? Telephone or Internet services?
